• Job Description   Akelius is seeking a customer service-focused and highly organized Property Administrator to support a portfolio of residential properties in Montreal.
• The successful candidate will assist with property maintenance coordination while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Akelius standards.
• Property Administration   - Manage the lease and legal administration process for the assigned portfolio   - Support the Property Manager   - Issue legal notices and manage corresponding deadlines   - Maintain organized filing systems for tenants   - Communicate professionally with tenants, business partners, and other stakeholders   - Build and maintain positive tenant relationships   - Process rent payments and cheque requisitions   - Prepare and distribute notices   - Prepare and issue lease renewals   - Attend hearings at the local tenant rental board   Who You Are   - A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Accounting is preferred, but we will consider other relevant combinations of experience and education.
• Experience in residential or commercial property administration is an asset   - Knowledge of Quebec or Ontario tenant laws is recommended   - Strong command of both French and English   - Knowledge and understanding of tenant board processes   - Superior organizational and time management skills   - Ability to multitask under competing deadlines   - Confidence in taking initiative, making decisions, and managing arrears   - Adaptable to an ever-changing environment   - Proficient in Yardi Voyager (an asset)   What We Offer   annual salary range : $55,000 to $65,000 Permanent full-time position Health, dental, and vision insurance Group RRSP $100 / month for  transportation or mileage reimbursement  Up to $750 / year for your fitness activities (gym, Bixi, etc.) Training and professional development program This role is a growth role that is intended to be filled as soon as possible.  If you're interested, apply with CV, and we will contact you if you could be a good fit for the role.      Akelius Canada is committed to providing accommodations for employees with disabilities.
