Description de posteIdentify and attract new customers while maintaining good relationships with existing customers to increase sales and exceed customer expectations. Earn, retain and grow customer accounts to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profitability objectives in a specific sales territory. Support and develop sales strategies. Work in collaboration with specialists / technical representative, branches and support functions to achieve the objectives. Contribute to overall region performance as a member of the regional sales and branch team. College or University Degree or equivalent experience. 2 years or more of experience in sales, preferably in an industrial environment. Strong organizational, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills. High level of computer knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the gas and / or welding industry. Certification in welding or similar trade. Knowledge of SAP software.
