Location : Onsite 5x / week in Cambridge, ON

Salary : $120,000-$125,000 / yr

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Project Manager to support a major automation company. In this job, you’ll work closely with both the customer and the internal technical team to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll handle scheduling, track progress, run weekly project meetings, and make sure deadlines, risks, and tasks are clearly communicated. You’ll also learn the client’s tools, processes, and internal database so you can act as the main point of contact between engineering teams, schedulers, and customer stakeholders. From design through final build, you’ll manage the project scope, solve resource or timing issues, and keep everything aligned with both business goals and technical requirements. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, technically savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment—especially one with strict safety and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience within engineering, design‑build, or technical environments.
• Technical degree (Engineering preferred; other technical disciplines considered).
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
