Customer Service Coordinator

Ontario Pork, based in Guelph, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our agricultural marketing division by coordinating logistics, managing data, and ensuring clear and timely communication with producers, transportation providers, and processing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for farmers, transporters, and processing facilities.
• Communicate scheduling updates, delivery times, and changes with professionalism and clarity.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to maintain smooth transportation and customer satisfaction.
• Organize and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient logistics.
• Prioritize urgent matters and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Ensure all necessary transporter documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including scheduling and pricing data.
• Ensure all contact and contract information is current and complete.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
• Assist with pricing coordination and order processing.
• Monitor market data and help administer forward pricing transactions.
