We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide vital administrative support to the operations department for a 12 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about keeping projects running smoothly from behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do :
- Support operations by processing and verifying daily field tickets, timesheets, and material records.
- Track and resolve ticket errors, missing documentation, and other discrepancies.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, superintendents, and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Create change orders and job documentation as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and clients related to field tickets and approvals.
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones and supporting administrative needs.
- Take on additional duties as required to support the operations team.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in an office or administrative role, ideally in an operations or field services environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and customer service skills.Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to support after‑hours work if needed.High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in administration is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
