BOH Staff – Line Cook / Prep Cook

WORK HOURS :

Flexible, weekdays / weekend, day / evening availability

RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS :

• Create a memorable experience for guests by providing a quality dining experience i.e. follow specified recipes in food preparation, ensure efficiency in process and quality of brand
• Awareness of menu items, wine list, specials and current promotions
• Provide suggestions / feedback for food / drink items to management

Operations :

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Conduct kitchen inventory checks / complete logs and inform management of any requirements
• Communicate any concerns in operations to on‑duty supervisor / management
• Commitment to continuous training / development

Health & Safety :

• Handling / storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards
• Follow guidelines provided i.e. security procedures, start / end of day checklists etc.

Licence / Certification :

Information regarding required licences and certifications will be provided during the interview process.
