Position is a full-time contract and Onsite

Candidate must be Bilingual in French and English both written and verbal.

As colleagues responsible for helping manage client relationships, the Account Specialist is responsible for the internal processes that contribute to the value delivered to clients.

Account Specialists are expected to have the ability to manage relationships between the Account Executive and the Brokers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintains effective and productive relationships and communication with Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, other Account Specialists and Brokers.

- Manages working with multiple Account Executives and Brokers.

- Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.

- Actively supports the renewal process.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal clients on client servicing activities.

• Understands operation processes and methodologies; proven ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.

• Must have strong Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel skills to import/export data, strong Word skills.

• Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred - High School or Equivelent Required.
