Responsibilities
Summary
Delta Star Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to champion Operational Excellence (OpEx) across the plant. If you\'re passionate about standardizing processes, optimizing workflows, and bridging corporate methodologies with real-world operations, we want to hear from you!
What You\'ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you\'ll play a critical role in adapting corporate standards to site-specific realities. You’ll ensure that work instructions and training materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with best practices. Your work will drive efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and empowering plant teams.
A Day in the Life
Your day will involve collaborating with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to validate and refine work instructions. You’ll analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements. Whether you\'re facilitating workshops or troubleshooting on the floor, your efforts will help ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.
