MaxSys is currently recruiting a full-time detail-oriented dispatcher for our client in the Moncton area. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and dispatch services while working diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and be capable of multitasking.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous dispatching experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Experience with dispatching software or similar systems considered a strong asset
Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Monitor the progress of ongoing service calls and provide updates to clients as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Provide general administrative support to the team such as generating reports and data entry
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, dispatches and technician activities
Details :
- Monday- Friday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Candidate will be responsible for covering other dispatchers vacation time, shift coverages will be evenings and overnights.
- $20.00 / h + vacation pay, paid out weekly
- Must have a clean criminal record
