    As a Workday Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include :

    Serve as an escalation point for critical issue resolution.

    • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the Recruiting solution.
    • Architect Workday solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and impacts are considered and mitigated.
    • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
    • Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
    • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
    • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
    • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
    • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
    • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
    • Here's what you need :

    • Workday Certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role
    • Minimum of 2 years of Workday Implementations
    • Minimum of managing 1+ person
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
    • Bonus Points if :

    • 5+ years years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
    • Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and / or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas
    • Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
    • Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
