Field Marketing Team Lead

Salary: $22/Hour + Bonuses

Were hiring a Proxy Team Lead to oversee and coach our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who leads by example, drives performance, and ensures high-quality appointment setting.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily field execution, ride-alongs, and territory coverage
• Coach and develop Proxy Agents through feedback and training
• Ensure consistent use of scripts, compliance, and brand standards
• Track performance metrics and report results
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years in canvassing, field marketing, or direct sales
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and performance management skills
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends and in the field
