Description de poste4-5+ years of small to medium size public accounting experience including audit, review, compilation, and tax experience 1 year or more of experience in an Audit and Assurance managerial role CPA-designated Experience managing a team in the public accounting space is an asset Experienced with ASPE, ASNFPO, and Canadian income taxation Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements
About Our Client
Our client, located in the midtown Toronto area, is a public accounting firm looking for an Assurance Manager, to join their team! Assurance Manager tasks will follow :
Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the completion of annual working papers including year-end adjusting journal entries for audit, review, and NTR compilation engagements
- Review and execute Financial Statements properly
- Review and execute of T1, T2 and T3 tax returns
- Lead and mentor junior staff
- Other ad-hoc duties are required
