The Work :

The Claims Adjuster is responsible for automotive warranty claims loss adjusting and facilitating various program administration tasks, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence to customers who have purchased our product, auto dealerships selling our product and repair facilities that service our customers
  • Monitor customer service queues (phone, email, online and live chat)
  • Facilitate claim adjusting process to meet department service level agreements and underwriting commitments
  • Liaise with Finance Department and Dealer Support Team, as necessary
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements and best practice standards
