Job Description
As the Senior Product Designer, you will be the key creative force in our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and our Development team, to conceptualize, design, and ship new features and products. This role requires a hands-on approach, a passion for solving complex problems, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will have a direct impact on the user experience and the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities :
As the only Product Designer at Rewind, you will lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to concept, prototype, and final design. You will take initiative to collaborate with Product Management to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions, as well as partnering with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs, maintaining a high standard of visual and interaction design throughout the product.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex B2B SaaS products. You are proficient in wireframing / prototyping (ideally Figma), with a deep understanding of its capabilities for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees work from the office three days / week. This role will be based out of our Ottawa office.
