Job Summary

The Product Experience (PX) Co-op role is a 30-day entry level role with the potential of a paid summer co-op reporting to the PX Manager or Lead. This role provides collaborative contributions to software support and training initiatives. The PX Coordinator is a highly motivated and technical individual capable of learning Deighton processes and dTIMS software quickly to minimize Time to Value (TtV).

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand Deighton value proposition and client base
• Understand the dTIMS product suite
• Provide Level I support for one dTIMS Product
• Attend cross functional team meetings as required
• Develop dTIMS training artifact / s
• Support training content creation for all products as required
• Be a lifelong learner and develop your skills continuously
