Postes à pourvoir

• 1 parajuriste senior avec 8 à 10 ans d’expérience ou plus
• 1 parajuriste junior avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience

Profil recherché

Expérience obligatoire en cabinet juridique

Pour le poste senior, aisance avec les transactions corporatives, fusions et acquisitions

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, avec un français fonctionnel requis (minimum 7 sur 10)

Diplôme en techniques juridiques ou formation équivalente

Sens aigu du détail et excellente gestion des priorités

Autonomie et professionnalisme

Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, MinuteBox étant considéré comme un atout

Principales responsabilités

Préparer la documentation corporative liée aux constitutions, modifications, dissolutions et roulements

Effectuer la vérification diligente des livres de minutes et assurer leur conformité

Rédiger les résolutions annuelles et maintenir à jour les registres corporatifs

Collaborer étroitement avec les avocat(e)s et les clients

Pour le poste senior, encadrer et soutenir le développement des parajuristes plus juniors

Our recruitment firm is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing law firm seeking to add two Corporate Law Paralegals to its team, one junior and one senior , to support the continued expansion of its corporate practice.

What we’re looking for

Prior experience in a law firm is required

For the senior role, strong exposure to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions

Excellent command of English with functional French required (minimum 7 out of 10)

Diploma in legal techniques or equivalent education

Strong attention to detail and effective priority management

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with MinuteBox considered an asset

Key responsibilities

Prepare corporate documentation related to incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, and reorganizations

Conduct due diligence reviews of corporate minute books and ensure compliance

Draft annual resolutions and maintain corporate records

Work closely with lawyers and clients on corporate matters

For the senior role, provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals
