Quality Assurance Specialist
Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for improving the speed and reliability with which our development team can deploy new updates to the website and related services. As this is a brand-new role, you will have the opportunity to shape it in collaboration with the team and play a key part in fulfilling an important need within the broader Linen Chest family.
Job Description
- Implement automated testing using AI and other tools
- Participate in manual testing prior to deployments
- Ensure post-deployment issues are minimized
- Monitor website performance and errors using specialized tools
- Respond to testing and support requests from other departments
- Understand and support multiple internal and external platforms
- You will be in charge to make sure that we meet the highest quality standards for the web and more
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Strong ability to understand complex systems and their interactionsExperience in setting up automated testing (with or without code)Experience conducting thorough and relevant testsExperience providing support for complex systemsExcellent organizational skillsGenuine interest in assisting others through testing and supportFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or applications(Asset) Experience with code-based automated testing frameworksWhat we offer :
