Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning for commercial real estate developments
• Research markets and provide supporting investment rationale
• Provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending areas for improvement
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and potential risks
• Perform sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various factors on financial outcomes
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
