Nanny Wanted - Our Family Is Searching For The Perfect Person To Provide Support For Our Son With Special Needs.

We are looking for some extra help with our lovely 15 year old son, Cooper. We are looking for full / part time live-in / out help.

Your roles would include feeding and bathing him. He has no issues with feeding, just lacks coordination to be able to feed himself. Same with bath time. Cooper weighs 60 lbs so he is easy to move around (Mama is 120 lbs and has no problems.) We also have portable lifts, bath lifts, ceiling lifts and a porch lift for the wheelchair, as well as a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Cooper has no behavioral issues at all. His special needs are mostly physical, not mental. He really is the easiest child in the world to take care of and the lucky person we find to help with him will fall in love with his personality, as we all have !!

We are looking for a full / part-time live in / -out position at this time with between 25-35 hrs a week. The starting wage will be $22-27 an hour based on experience, and if the fit is right this will quickly increase. We are willing to be quite flexible with the right candidate with the schedule. Previous experience of working with someone with a physical disability is an asset but certainly not required. All that is required is a patient, loving and open-minded attitude!
