UNCERTIFIED TEACHERS TEACHING ON CALL IN THE PRINCE GEORGE BC - SD No. 57
Our District is seeking enthusiastic 1st year UNBC . students to work as CASUAL Uncertified Teachers Teaching on Call in the Prince George area which includes rural area schools such as Nukko Lake Giscome Hixon and Beaverly.
Applicants must be prepared to work on a casual on call basis in any school in the geographical area of Prince George which includes the a radius of approximately 65 kms. (i.e. Blackburn Buckhorn Pineview Hixon Nukko Lake Beaverly etc.). A reliable vehicle / transportation is essential to this role.
Applicants with assessment and trauma-informed practice experience are encourage applications from individuals from all backgrounds including Indigenous Black people of colour all genders 2SLGBTQ and persons with disabilities.

About School District 57
School District No.57 resides on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli Tenneh First Nations McLeod Lake Indian Band and the Simpcw First Nations.
Geographically we expand from Mackenzie through Prince George to McBride and Valemount. We serve 41 schools : 32 Elementary schools 8 Secondary schools and 1 District Learning Support center for alternative and alternate learning opportunities.
We provide educational programs for approximately 15000 students inclusive of early learning after school art and sports programing trades programs and dual credit programs with our local post-secondary schools.
We support Lheidli Tenneh students McLeod Lake students and Takla students living on reserve through our Local Education Agreements. With each Nation we co-construct the educational services provided to the students while attending a school within our school district.
