A typical day :
- Provide excellent customer service and making around 40 calls per day
- Being the primary point of contact for questions, orders, and post-sales support
- Constantly updating your knowledge on products and offers
- Sales pipeline management – tracking sales and updating client records
- Following up on leads and quotation requests
- Working on proposals, quotes and processing orders
