Description de posteAccurately check deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages Manage product flow from truck offloading to appropriate staging areas and onto the sales floor Ensure product is handled, stored, and rotated safely and correctly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area POS & Administrative Support Print and apply price stickers, barcodes, and product labels as required Process inventory write-offs for damaged, expired, or unsellable merchandise Prepare and manage RTVs (Return to Vendor), including documentation and system entry Maintain organized and accurate receiving records Support inventory counts, audits, and seasonal changeovers Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching for extended periods Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required Forklift Certification (we can provide training), palette jack operation Previous receiving, warehouse, or retail inventory experience preferred Experience working with POS or inventory management systems an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Basic computer skills (data entry, printing, scanning) Option to join our Group Benefits share program (health, dental, vision) A generous employee discount to bring home a little beauty of your own Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development A vibrant, plant-filled workplace that inspires creativity and well-being

This is a full-time position with compensation of $23.00 – $25.00 / hour.

Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments from vendors and internal transfers
Enter received inventory into the POS system accurately and in a timely manner
