We are seeking an Executive Financial Administrator for our client in Wealth Management! Location is in Etobicoke, ON.
$21.50 / Hr | In-Office | Immediate Start
Monday – Friday
9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
What You’ll Do :
Complete account opening documentation and other client administrative paperwork for mailing or secure electronic delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system
Prepare, organize, and manage client files and documentation
Support daily administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and correspondence
Assist with data entry and documentation related to internal systems and platforms
Provide general administrative support to the advisor to support day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For :
Previous financial services administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, polished, and comfortable in a client-facing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF documentation)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
Comfortable learning new systems and processes (training provided as needed)
