Your new role

As a Legal Assistant / Law Clerk in the family law practice, you will be joining some of the most talented family law Attorneys in Ontario with decades of experience.

In this hybrid role, you will be assisting three Lawyers on this team in litigation, mediation, child custody, divorce and settlement files.

This is a dynamic, fast paced practice that is regarding as one of the top family law practices in the province. As such, all team members are viewed as equally essential to the continued success of the practice, and firm as a whole.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented legal professional with 2 or more years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice. Preferred are candidates from Durham region.

What you'll get in return

This thriving practice offers a base salary of $60,000-80,000 depending on years of experience, bonus and 3-4 weeks of vacation.
