Position Overview :

The Casual Instructor reports directly to the Beyond the Bell (BTB) Area Supervisor. This position is responsible for the supervision of children in grades 1 to 5, creating and delivering safe, age-appropriate after school programming designed to empower students to reach their full potential and succeed in their education. Casual Instructors are required to be available to work a minimum of two (2) days a week, Monday to Friday, with mandatory availability for Friday shifts. BTB is a Community Outreach program serving vulnerable populations in underserved communities, where educators provide learning enrichment activities to the children we serve.
