Senior Support Workers

Our Seniors Support Workers help seniors remain independent in their homes by providing essential cleaning services while also serving as a friendly, familiar face.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential to ensure clear and comfortable conversations with seniors, understand their needs, and report any concerns effectively.
• Compassionate and observant, with a heart for helping seniors.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (travel required within Osoyoos, Oliver, and Okanagan Falls).
• Dependable and able to work independently in clients' homes.
• Attentive to changes in seniors’ well-being and willing to report concerns when necessary.

Duties Include:

• Providing friendly conversation and social connection.
• Assistance with daily tasks.
• Observing and reporting any changes in seniors’ well-being.
