Junior Document Controller – Infrastructure – Burnaby, BC – Full Time
PTAG is a Project Management Advisory & Services firm recognized across North America for helping world-class clients deliver major capital projects successfully. We are seeking a Junior Document Controller to support our growing team in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you will help drive project excellence, collaborate with industry leaders, and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support PMIS implementation by organizing and managing project correspondence, RFIs, and submittals.
- Maintain accurate document logs, transmittals, and tracking systems.
- Ensure all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and stored in compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely processing and distribution of documentation.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or project administration.Hands-on experience managing correspondence, RFIs, and submittals in professional document management systems.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Local to Vancouver, BCWhy Join PTAG?
