The mission we are proposing

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources (HRD), the Human Resources Business Partner (HRAP) acts as a strategic advisor to the plant's managers and employees to align HR practices with the company's business objectives. It plays a key role in optimizing engagement, organizational development, HR processes, labor relations, and overall performance.

An Overview Of Your New Position

Strategic partnership & leadership support

• Advise and support managers on all HR matters (staffing, retention, performance management, talent development, succession planning).
• Act as a coach to leaders in the development of their people‑management capabilities.
