Your role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing deploying and optimizing cloud-based solutions across hybrid environments. Youll play a key role in ensuring system reliability scalability and performance by leveraging automation modern cloud architecture and best practices.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and hybrid environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation scripts using tools such as PowerShell ARM Bicep orTerraform
• Implement security protocols including role-based access controls (RBAC) encryption and identity management
• Configure Azure blueprints and Azure Policy
• Deploy and Manage Azure Landing Zones
• Assist in migration of on-prem workloads to the cloud using best practices for scalability and security
• Monitor cloud resources and services to ensure high availability and performance
• Collaborate with network engineers to configure secure connectivity(VPNs ExpressRoute Private Link etc.)
• Support CI / CD pipeline implementation and integration with DevOps tools
• Troubleshoot cloud-related incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain documentation of environments configurations and standard operating procedures

Compensation :

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbias pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise skills education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees work-life rhythms. $120000 $140000 CAD
