Manager, Contract Performance and Reporting

Summary of responsibilities :

Manager, Contract Performance and Reporting is responsible for CATSA’s Profit Plan for Screening Contractors (PPSC) as well as ongoing reporting on key operational performance data and for providing consultation and liaison services to internal clients. The Manager, Contract Performance and Reporting performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

What you need to succeed

To qualify for the position, you must have :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, math, science, social sciences, or in a specialization relevant to the duties of the position.

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in operations program and services management.

A minimum of two (2) years managerial experience leading a team and providing leadership.

Experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to various levels of management.

Experience analyzing data, ensuring data quality, and managing periodic data reporting cycles.

Valuable skills include :

Knowledge of operational, equipment and training requirements governing security-screening operations.

Knowledge of and experience applying the theories and principles of quality assurance and performance monitoring.

Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of performance incentive mechanisms.

Application of first principles thinking and consensus building.

Experience in change management.

Knowledge of national legislative frameworks governing air transport security.

Specific work requirements :

Language Profile : CBCC;

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and

Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
