Our reputable client in the private equity sector is seeking a new Senior Marketing Manager, Wholesale to join their growing team!
The Senior Marketing Manager will be invovled in developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns for the financial services industry that drive awareness and consideration amongst the financial community. The role is pivotal in driving digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across email and social media channels that resonate with the advisor channel and help them further support and educate their clients. Success in this position would require a deep understanding of the financial services industry and an ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of day-to-day marketing activities and evolving needs.
This role is 100% onsite based out of their Burlington office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and resources to effectively engage with advisors throughout the sales process.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp. Proven experience in setting up and managing automated email campaigns within such platforms is essential.
- Ability to design, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns across various stages of the customer journey, including lead nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.
- Ability to segment email lists effectively and implement personalized content strategies to deliver targeted and relevant messages to different audience segments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
- Supervise the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure alignment with the organization's brand, encompassing materials such as white papers, website copy, and more.
- Provide marketing support for events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.7+ years of proven experience in advertising and marketing.Proven marketing experience in the financial services industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising techniques.Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technologies, as well as social media platforms and their respective algorithms and features.Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives engagement.Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and proactively plan, requiring minimal guidance.Strong work ethic and team player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
