Description de posteTwo (2) years relevant work experience, with some supervisory and previous distribution experience preferred. Previous experience working with independent contract distributors is an asset. Ability to maintain a positive attitude, communicating effectively with other employees and independent contractors while managing multiple tasks, and working effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills. Ability to recruit and hire independent contractors. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Saskatchewan drivers’ license.

The Opportunity :
Postmedia is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to fill the full‑time position of Distribution Coordinator.
What you’ll do :
Supervise and organize newspaper distribution and service of the Provincial newspapers, Flyer and Parcel distribution network.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise the day to day distribution operations.
- Proactively resolve all related delivery and service problems.
- Maintain acceptable service levels through the independent distributor delivery network.
- Oversee and support a network of contract drivers.
- Other duties as assigned
