0 FTE District position - Elk Valley (Sparwood home base) Salary : The starting annual salary for this full-time Counsellor position ranges from $63,357 to $111,802, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

5 (Southeast Kootenay).-Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. -Must have a degree / formal training and / or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.

Counsellor - Elementary Grades K-6 (POSTING NUMBER T2425-023 - Round 4) 1.0 FTE continuing contract, starting September 3, 2024 or upon completion of the posting process.

Must have a Master's Degree recognized by the BC Teacher Regulation Branch in Counselling, Psychology in Counselling or Psychology.

Must have a degree / formal training and or teaching experience at the Elementary School level. Must have training and or experience in trauma informed practice.

This is a District position, with a current home base of Sparwood, BC to support Frank J. Mitchell Elementary School. Please note that all work will be on site.
