What Your Day Will Look Like :

  • Safety First : Every day youll demonstrate safe environmentally sound and healthy work practices in line with our Health and Safety Policies.

  • HandsOn Repairs : Repair Caterpillar diesel engines OEM truck and coach vehicles and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • CuttingEdge Diagnostics : Use Caterpillar testing equipment to diagnose mechanical electrical and electronic issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Ensure service reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Youll ensure that customer needs are met professionally and efficiently always delivering topnotch service.
  • What Youll Bring to the Role :

  • Education & Licensing : A valid 310T or 421A Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years experience in truck and coach repair.
  • Customer Focus & Safety Mindset : A customercentric attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
  • Diagnostic Expertise : Strong mechanical electrical and electronic diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • SelfMotivation & Integrity : Youre selfdriven take initiative and have a high degree of integrity.
  • Tech Savvy : Strong computer skills are a must and familiarity with Caterpillar systems is an asset.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability : Willingness to work flexible hours to support business needs.
  • Valid Drivers License : A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
