Description de poste3 years’ experience with Health and Safety in the Construction / Manufacturing field preferred Occupational Health and Safety Certification an asset Understanding of the Alberta Labour Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act Computer competency with MS Office and experience with WCB claims Professional and Approachable with excellent Communication skills Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking abilities Strong Interpersonal with the ability to manage Conflict resolution and Personal wellness concerns Union experience an asset Occupational Health and Safety Certification an asset Advanced First Aid Certification an asset $60-75,000 / year based on experience Monday – Friday, 7 : 30am – 4 pm A Dynamic, Fast-paced environment Long term, Stable employment

SRI Homes - Regent is located near the Lethbridge airport and has been building homes since the 1960s. SRI combines quality with affordability to supply its customers with a quality built home at an affordable price.
Safety Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Administrative oversight, development and implementation of Health and Safety programs
- New Employee Site orientations, training & onboarding
- Engaging with Employees and Management to ensure Awareness and Compliance including running Morning Meetings
- Oversee annual COR program Audits and Development of Corrective action plans
- WCB Claim Management
- PPE Inventory tracking
- Emergency response and First Aid treatment
