Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Design, build and support within the cloud environment.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available.
  • Create, develop enhancements, test and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.

General Skills :

  • The resource is required for.
  • Can assist the project team by providing technical expertise to support the Employee Workspace Reservation System (EWRS) platform.
  • Enhancement Requests to support the continued development and implementation of changes required by the Office Optimization Division (OOD) and the GSIC Business.
  • Experience Practice (BEP).
  • Knowledge transfer of the existing EWRS to the new BEP E-Ministries.
  • Assist in ongoing performance tuning and optimization of the EWRS platform post migration to GoCloud for 2 months.
  • Verify the functionality and integrity of the transferred code and pipelines post- migration.
  • Minimize downtime and disruptions to the development and deployment processes.

    • Experience and Skill Set Requirements :

  • Price (20%).

    • Communications (20%) :

  • Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments.
  • Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to communicate with technical experts and business subject matter experts to elicit key information relevant to user experience.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities; ability to convey content design concepts and methods to team members.

    • Technical Experience (60%) :

  • Must be able to do the following for all the 3 environments (DEV, UAT and PROD) :
  • Design and develop changes to the existing functionality.
  • Create report.
  • Ensure that the source code is moved without any loss or corruption of data.
  • Migrate all associated pipelines and CI / CD configurations to the target organization and project.
  • Verify the functionality and integrity of the transferred code and pipelines post-migration.
  • Minimize downtime and disruptions to the development and deployment processes.
  • System Requirements Definition.
  • Azure PAAS and IAAS Services.
  • CI / CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Azure deployment models including VM, Containers and App Services.
  • Must be able to do the following for all the 3 environments (DEV, UAT and PROD). :
  • Transfer the designated Git repository from the source organization and project to the target organization and project.
  • Ensure that the source code is moved without any loss or corruption of data.
  • Migrate all associated pipelines and CI / CD configurations to the target organization and project.
  • Verify the functionality and integrity of the transferred code and pipelines post-migration.
  • Minimize downtime and disruptions to the development and deployment processes.
  • Information Modeling.
  • System Requirements Definition.
  • Azure PAAS and IAAS Services.
  • CI / CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Azure deployment models including VM, Containers and App Services.
