What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant in Retail Solutions, you’ll design and implement technology-enabled solutions that help retail clients adapt to market changes, drive digital transformation, and optimize operations. You’ll work with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI/ML and RPA to modernize systems, automate processes, and enhance customer strategies and experiences.

Your day may include conducting research and analysis, facilitating client workshops, configuring platforms, and preparing presentations, all while contributing to IT strategy, digital roadmaps, and change management. This role offers exposure to diverse clients and technologies, continuous learning, and the chance to make a measurable impact.

Our Retail Solutions practice is a collaborative group of strategists, technologists, and industry experts based in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have 2-5 years of consulting and/or relevant retail industry experience, including exposure to business transformation, operational modeling, service modernization, digital solutions, and strategy execution.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving, with a strong desire to make an impact in client organizations.
  • Possess technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and the application of emerging Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams and engage with client stakeholders
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to support client assignments
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
  • Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, cloud certifications) are an asset

Quebec Location: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
