Role Overview

Groupe Sentinella is currently recruiting a Senior Business Automation Consultant on behalf of a leading automation agency. This is a high-impact freelance mandate for a professional capable of designing, building, and deploying sophisticated automated workflows for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

You will act as both a technical architect and a strategic advisor, transforming manual business bottlenecks into streamlined, scalable digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Auditing : Lead discovery sessions with clients to map out current workflows and identify high-ROI automation opportunities.
• Solution Architecture : Design robust, end-to-end integration strategies using No-Code / Low-Code platforms and custom scripts.
• Technical Implementation : Build and deploy complex automations, ensuring seamless data flow between CRMs, ERPs, and cloud applications via APIs.
• Error Handling & QA : Develop advanced error-handling logic to ensure system reliability and conduct rigorous testing before go-live.
• Client Advisory : Translate technical solutions into business value and provide training / documentation to ensure successful client adoption.
