Accounting Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and ensure accuracy with dealership policies.
• Maintain deposits, accounts receivable, and petty cash, including daily balancing and proper recordkeeping.
• Conduct account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support month-end close processes.
• Perform dealership-specific administrative tasks, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with various dealership departments to seamlessly integrate accounting processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
