- Serves as dedicated HR Business Partner to assigned functional teams.
- Provides support and guidance to leaders when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise such as employee relations, performance issues, terminations, and investigations.
- Provides guidance and thought leadership across the organization on HR-related topics including performance management, career development, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, DEI, and other key initiatives.
- Partners with the global HR team to execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.
- Consult with leaders at all levels to provide day-to-day guidance on HR matters.
- Conducts employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, exit interviews, and investigations.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes improvements to current programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills :
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with demonstrated success in partnering with leaders to align organizational goals and HR initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability in coaching, influencing without authority, and building strong business acumen.
- Strong presentation skills, with demonstrated success in facilitating meetings and trainings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to report on performance and make decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn relevant HR systems (ADP, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, industry trends, and employment laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada
Preferred Qualifications :
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
- Experience working in a global environment.

Anticipated Pay Range : $80,000 - $90,000 Annually USD
