Our team is looking for a Manager, Assurance & Audit

Your role :

• Collaborate with Partners and the Assurance & Advisory team to assist in planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of Audit and Review engagements, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Manage the engagement process including planning, execution, and finalization in accordance with applicable Standards, including continuous communication with the team and clients regarding deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, WIP, and timely billing.
• Support, mentor, and train a team of professionals during field assignments while actively managing the engagement progress, guiding the team on accounting and auditing standards and specific methodology. Proactive project management with strong communication of expectations to the team as well as ongoing status updates with Partners and clients is important.
• Analyze financial information and operational performance for adherence to applicable accounting standards.
• Assess risk, controls, and accounting processes to offer clients solutions and recommendations.
• Review personal, corporate, non-profit and charitable organizations tax returns.
• Compile and review financial statements and related note disclosures to ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting frameworks.
• Provide personal and attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships.
• Add value by identifying client service opportunities, including cross‑team collaboration.
• Coach, mentor, and develop assigned employees for high performance and professional growth.
• Share your technical or human skills with the broader Assurance team by developing and facilitating ongoing training opportunities.
• Engage with all levels of our team while working to bring our strategy to life and participate in firm‑wide events that foster our amazing workplace culture.
• Generate new business opportunities by promoting the firm’s expertise and services, as well as developing ideas and solutions.

Salary range :

$91,000 – $130,000 a year
