Senior Warehouse / Operator Associate

Salary : $29.86 / hour ($66,000 annually) + Overtime after 42.5 hours

Location : Brampton, ON (Moving to Mississauga, ON in April / May 2026)

Stable Monday–Friday day shift

Duties :

Operate Swing Reach / Turret Trucks in very narrow aisle racking systems

Load, unload, pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes

Conduct equipment inspections and assist with inventory counts

Use RF scanners or WMS systems to track and verify inventory movements

Assets / Requirements :

7–10 years of warehouse experience

Documented Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) training

Valid certification operating Swing Reach / Turret Trucks

Experience working in high-density racking systems

Strong attention to accuracy and safety procedures
