Weld Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor at our Manufacturing facility in Burlington. This role will primarily be on our afternoon shift Monday - Thursday 2 : 45pm- 1 : 15am. This role is responsible for leading and supporting a team on the shop floor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You will oversee daily operations, enforce safety standards, coordinate with leadership, and contribute to training and development efforts.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitors work progress and quality to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Responsible for overseeing a team of employees on the shop floor.
• Ensures that all work is being performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and instruction to workers regarding safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents or violations.
• Collaborates with Foreman and Lead hands to coordinate work activities and schedules.
• May be involved in the hiring and training of new workers.
