Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customer inquiries or complaints. Duties and Responsibilities all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Skills and Qualifications Experience in automotive field. 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset. CDK experience.
