Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an outside sales professional within the HVAC sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Account Management : Maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Business Development : Identify and secure new opportunities in industrial & commercial HVAC.
- Client Engagement : Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and negotiate competitive quotes.
- Sales Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
- Market Intelligence : Record sales activities and market feedback in CRM.
- Technical Consultation : Provide preliminary technical advice using construction knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
Relevant Experience : Proven HVAC sales or related technical trade.Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical practices, and construction procedures.Licenses / Certifications : Valid driver’s license (required); trade licenses or project management experience an asset.Bilingual (French & English) : Spoken & written proficiency an asset.Personal Qualities : Self‑motivated, results‑driven, urgent & time‑management skills.Communication : Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Software Proficiency : Experience with CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation & Benefits
