Prepare and manage export permits, licenses, and End-User Statements.
Apply for re-export and retransfer authorizations for U.S.-origin products.
Ensure export compliance across the full contract lifecycle.
Manage the EXCOL platform and related reporting requirements.
Act as a key resource for ITAR, EAR, CGP, and EIPA compliance.
Liaise with government agencies and support global teams.
Deliver export controls training and support compliance investigations.
What you must have :
2+ years of experience in export controls or trade compliance.
Working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. export regulations.
Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain Secret-level security clearance.
Experience in advanced or space-related technology environments is an asset.
Salary / Rate Range : $75,000 - $105,000
