About the Team

At ZF Automotive Canada Ltd., the warehouse supervisor will join a dynamic and expanding team at our Windsor, Ontario assembly plant, which specializes in producing axles for Stellantis. Reporting to the logistics manager, this role will oversee approximately 10 warehouse workers, with the potential for team growth. The supervisor will work in our newly expanded warehouse, supporting operations across two shifts : days and afternoons. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key part of our supply chain in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

What you can look forward to as a Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and distributing automotive parts.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of components to production lines.
• Oversee inventory practices such as stock rotation, cycle counts, and material tracking to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff including forklift operators and material handlers.
• Develop schedules and maintain adequate staffing.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, PPE use, safe equipment operation, and hazardous material handling.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits and comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
