Position Overview

Reporting to the Aquatics Supervisor the Aquatics Coordinator oversees the day-to-day swim lesson blocks and the private / semi-private swim lesson program operations. The Aquatics Coordinator oversees the swim lesson program and instructors to ensure all lessons are executed enthusiastically safely and securely within the guidelines of the YMCAHBB and will report directly to the Aquatics Supervisor.

Hours of work will be from Sunday to Thursday including early mornings days and evenings on rotational schedule and arranged in advance.

With strong relationship-building and communication skills the Aquatics Coordinator will help foster a supportive team environment that will contribute to making the YMCA of HamiltonBurlingtonBrantford an outstanding place to work.
