Heart Connection Inc. dba Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Great Vancouver area. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house. After establishing our first restaurants in Kitsilano and Robson in Vancouver, BC, in 2015, we continue to expand our business with new locations across metro Vancouver. We are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee restaurant administration, operations, and ensuring success and growth.

Job Responsibilities :

• set and implement operating goals and objectives
• establish and implement financial and administrative controls
• monitor and analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
• prepare strategic annual forecast, and monitor sales and revenue
• organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities
• manage senior staff performance in accordance with standards and procedures
• represent the restaurant to establish banking relationships and negotiate purchase prices and develop preferred suppliers
• Lead the expansion of new restaurant branches and oversee the establishment of operational structures
• keep current with trends in the restaurant industry
