Accounts Payable Technician (1-2 year of experience needed)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the accounts payable process.
• Handle monthly entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with the monthly accounting close.
• Ensure internal controls are followed.
• Organizing and maintaining records in preparation for audits.
• Reconciling accounts on a daily basis by reviewing statements and transactions.
• Processing a high volume of invoices by matching them to purchase orders, verifying details, and ensuring timely payment approvals.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and foster strong relationships.
• Preparing journal entries, recording account transactions, and performing analyses for accuracy.
• Utilizing accounting software and Excel to generate reports, create templates, and track financial data.
• Identifying and resolving account discrepancies by reviewing documentation and making necessary adjustments.
